Cars

January 26, 2023
Subject: Cars

Seems like society as a whole, in this day and age, in the United States, is really a sink-or-swim situation.
Run the race, achieve the goals, get your rewards, play the game... or not. If "not" is selected, slip through the cracks, taste poverty, experience the shame of dependence, begging, homelessness.

A generalized statement I know, but that's how I see it.

The old ways of living, which involved self-sufficiency, and all of the knowledge thereof, is steadily being lost to the passage of time. And, most likely, swept under the rug, deliberately...

What's happened to us, that those who see a real need to be prepared, are labeled as "preppers"?

What's going on, that those who begin to question the order of things, and the information we're fed, and not fed, are labeled as Conspiracy Theorists?

*sigh*

I honestly think that I would have fared well, in a different way of life, maybe on a farm, growing gardens, selling produce. You know, like people used to do, back when that was a normal existence.

There's a created dependence going on.
When the house of cards comes down, we'll realize the system of control that's been over us for a long time.

Welp. God knows what He's doing, and He's the One REALLY in control, so that's reassuring.

He'll give us the ability to keep going - even if it feels like we're just treading water, in this sink-or-swim existence.

We don't have to give up and drown.
